Tool name: list_archived_projects. The tool returns the same structured { data, meta } result as REST.

This route has no path parameters. Check OpenAPI for operation-specific query or JSON body fields.

Required scope: projects:read. Scope checks are followed by current project membership and the viewer minimum role.
