Use of the service
You may use ChatterBeam to monitor public information and integrations you are authorized to access. You are responsible for your keywords, projects, users, and downstream actions.
Acceptable use
Do not use ChatterBeam to evade access controls, collect private information without authorization, harass people, or violate a source platform's rules or applicable law.
Accounts and access
Keep workspace access and API keys secure. Keys are scoped and revocable; you remain responsible for activity performed through credentials issued to your workspace.
Subscriptions
Paid plans renew for the selected interval until canceled through the billing portal. Limits and current usage are shown before a plan change is confirmed.
Service availability
Source availability depends on configured providers and their policies. ChatterBeam may change or suspend functionality to protect the service, users, or third parties.
Your data
You retain responsibility for content you add. You may archive projects, revoke keys, remove webhooks, or deactivate your account from workspace settings.
